DJ Jordan is A multi-genre DJ hailing from the United Kingdom. He entertained crowds across major cities within the British Isles and overseas international stages.
For most of DJ Jordan’s childhood, He grew up in Britain’s oldest recorded town, Colchester. Growing up with a lot of family members being from Atlanta, GA, he had a lot of East Coast influences including Outkast & Usher.
“Music was an interest of mine from a real young age, getting paid to do something that you’re so passionate about is a really good feeling.”
In DJ Jordan’s teenage years he began to show a bigger interest and his passion for music started to develop. He found himself taking in music in a completely different way than before. At the age of 16 he bought his first set of decks and it evolved from there.
The first project DJ Jordan ever released was a U.K. Garage mix. This project championed some of the finest tracks to come out of the genre over the last 20 years. The project was well received and landed a 3rd place chart position on Mixcloud within 3 days, the same week as his 17th birthday. Ever since then, DJ Jordan creates daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals. This way, he is always motivated to achieve his accomplishments.
“From a young age, one of my main goals has been to entertain a crowd of over 5,000. Short term, striving to always elevate and develop as an individual is something I always seek to achieve.”
In the world of DJ’ing, DJ Jordan has always looked at DJ Jazzy Jeff & DJ EZ as huge inspirations.
“These guys were doing things not many had ever seen done before, I remember being a young boy and seeing videos of them thinking “how are they doing this?!”
So far, throughout DJ Jordan’s DJ journey he has been fortunate enough to support and work alongside a wide variety of multi-platinum, gold, and silver selling artists & producers. In the future, DJ Jordan would like to support a Travis Scott show, "his stage presence and performance energy is crazy."
