STARSTEPPAH

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York- Starsteppah always had a passion for music and creativity. His parents filled his childhood days with reggae music, which are the sounds of the islands that inspire him today. Growing up in East New York and Flatbush influenced every facet of his style. Dancehall was staple in Starsteppah's home. At 23, he began to build his music-making skills. Before he knew it, he found his own unique sound- blending Dancehall and Hip-Hop to create a name for himself. Soon after, Starsteppah was featured in musical showcases throughout NYC.

“I wanna be able to blend my sound in one vibe. The first project I put out Wiy Ready, made me feel joy! That I can share to the world, my world, a vibe that's maddd. Sharing my Caribbean culture through my sound has attracted so many people. That was an eye opener."

Limitless Dreams NYC

Fashion has always had a place in Starsteppah's heart. In 2012 while watching the movie, Limitless, Starrstepah set no limits on the success he was about to attain. The wheels began to turn, and his fashion line Limitless Dreams NYC was born. His brand specializes in esoteric designs with an African flair. These items include original hoodies, tracksuits, t-shirts, and hats.

Vybz, Popcaan, Jay-Z, and Drake have been huge influencers. He finds motivation in their music and enjoys their sound. Starsteppah finds collaboration to be key in creative growth. He created Stepp Lyfe Records to partner with musicians that are ready to put in the work.
